The Passion of the Christ

Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and He said to His disciples, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.”  He took along Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to feel sorrow and distress.   Then He said to them, “My soul is sorrowful even to death.  Remain here and keep watch with me.

Matthew 26:36-38

Are you ready for Holy Week?

Begin Monday of Holy Week with us and watch “The Passion of the Christ” inside our church on 3/29 @ 6:30pm, come and let us prepare our hearts for the passion, death, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let us not be followers who sleep in the garden of Gethsemane but close friends of Jesus who will stay awake, keep watch and journey with the Master and His mother Mary; watch Him be the ambush predator Who defeats sin, death, satan, evil, and hell.

Kindly pay heed to this important note:  because the movie will be shown inside the church (imagine how powerful this experience is going to be), let us remember to have hearts of reverence for our sacred space being ever mindful of the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ in the tabernacle.  Please refrain from bringing food or beverage items.  Please do bring tissues with you.
