On this 3rd Sunday of Lent, we see in driving the merchants from the Temple, Jesus announces by a sign the arrival of the Messiah who brings to fulfillment the covenant promises of deliverance and peace. It will take Calvary to teach at what price that peace is bought. We have a God who loves us so completely that He laid down His life for us so as to rescue us. As we receive Jesus in the Eucharist today, let’s allow this message to sink deeper into our hearts. See you at the in-person Mass times or at the 10am or 12pm livestream.
