https://bit.ly/2KXLCtn Let’s get ready! Advent is when we hear Scriptural verses with imagery of preparation; rough places made smooth and crooked ways made straight—all so that it encourages us in our own preparation for the celebration of our Lord Jesus’ birth. God is thrilled when we come to Him, ready to smooth out bumpy roads and straighten crooked paths. If it has been too long, be encouraged, come to Confession, and get right with God.

When we repent and are reconciled, the obstacles hindering our relationship with Jesus are removed. And we experience the power of Jesus’ mercy to heal and restore. The light of Christ shines in us. We feel better. We feel cleansed. We feel free from the burden and guilt of sin. We feel right with God.

Seen in the light of Jesus’ love for us, we pray you come out to any of the following Reconciliation Times this Advent, what better gift to give Jesus this Christmas, than a cleansed heart from the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The first one this month is tonight right after the 6:30pm Mass.
