Don’t Straddle.
In our 1st reading (1 Kings 18) Elijah asks “how long will you straddle the issue? If the Lord is God, follow him; if Baal, follow him.” The same question is asked of us today. What parts of my heart straddle the line and limp along with different opinions? Fr. Mark encourages us to submit to Jesus; He is Lord.
