Step 1: Know Our Programs

Step 2: Know About Payments

Please read the Payment Guide regarding Tuition and Fees.

Step 3: Register & Pay

Register by completing the form online or downloading the PDF, filling it out, and returning it to the office. Payment can be made online at the end of registration or returned to the office (see step 2 for details).

Step 4: Additional Registration Paperwork

We require Baptism Certificates for all of our students.

If you have registered previously and aren’t sure if we have a Baptism Certificate on file, then contact the Family Faith Administration Assistant, Karen Schwartz at karens@olmercy.com.

Step 5: Faith Formation Communications

After registering online, you will receive an email from online registration confirming your registration was submitted. If you do not receive the email, please check to make sure it wasn’t labeled as spam and placed in your junk folder.

You should expect to hear from us regarding the start of classes as we get closer to the start of the new formation year.

We will use various forms of communication to connect with you: mail, email, and/or texts through Flocknote. To help ensure delivery to you, you may want to:

• Allow all emails from “mail@flocknote.com” or any email from “@olmercy.com.”
• Add Our Lady of Mercy to your cell phone & email contacts (necessary contacts found near the bottom of this page).

Step 6: Parishioner Registration Complete

To be fully registered for our Family Faith Formation program, all families participating in our Family Faith Formation program must be registered parishioners at Our Lady of Mercy. If you have not yet registered with Our Lady of Mercy Parish, please do so by clicking the button below.
