Tuition & Fees 2026-2027
Our tuition rates include all students in grades K-12. See below for information on
A tuition payment must be made at the time of registration.
NOTE: No child will be denied admission into the program because of an inability to pay. If you are experiencing
financial hardship and would like a full or partial tuition waiver, please see below for further details.
Tuition Fees
Tuition Fees for students in grades K-12 are charged based on the number of students in the family enrolled in any
of the following programs.
- Seek & Root
- Mend & Nourish
- Mission Ready
- Edge
- Chosen
- OCIC
Prices
EARLY BIRD Registration Fees:
If you register before June 30 AND pay in full, then the following Early Bird rates for these programs are as follows:
- Families with 1 child/student ($155)
- Families with 2 children/students ($265)
- Families with 3 or more children/students ($345)
Regular Tuition Fees:
After June 30, regular tuition rates are in effect. The regular tuition rates, are as follows:
- Families with 1 child/student ($185)
- Families with 2 children/students ($295)
- Families with 3 or more children/students ($375)
Mission Ready Family Fee:
A $100 Family Fee is charged for Mission Ready for those families who don’t have students enrolled in any other Family Faith Formation programs and are paying Tuition Fees.
Sacrament Fees
A Sacrament Fee of $100 is charged for every student who is receiving one or more of the following:
- Baptism
- First Reconciliation/First Holy Eucharist.
Discovery Retreat Fees
A Discovery Retreat Fee of $175 is charged for every student who is enrolling in Chosen Year 2 (Year 2 Confirmation Students).

EARLY BIRD Payment Schedule
EARLY BIRD tuition is only valid thru June 30, 2026 and must be paid in full with registration.
New this year, we have a half payment option. We expect that you make a payment when you register. If you opt for half payments, then the 2nd payment must be made before June 30, 2026.
- First half payment due with registration.
- Second half payment is due by June 20, 2026.
Full Payment Schedule
Full tuition payment is due with registration.
Half Payment Schedule
- First half payment due with registration.
- Second half payment is due by November 1, 2026.
Quarterly Payment Schedule
- First payment due with registration.
- Second payment is due by November 1, 2026.
- Third payment is due by January 10, 2027.
- Fourth payment is due by March 1, 2027.

Making a Payment
Payment can be made:
- Online with a credit/debit card or with PayPal
- With a check sent through the mail
- In person with a check or cash

Pay with a Check Through the Mail
Make check payable to ‘Our Lady of Mercy‘ and write ‘Family Faith Formation’ in the memo line.

Or, there is an after-hours secure drop box outside the Family Faith Formation office door for your convenience.
Pay in Person with Check or Cash
Make your cash/check payment in the Faith Formation Office. If you are paying by check, make the check payable to Our Lady of Mercy and write ‘Family Faith Formation’ in the memo line.
Need Financial Assistance
If you are experiencing financial hardship and would like a full or partial fee waiver, then on the payment page (see above) select the Financial Assistance button.
