Pentecost Vigil Mass & the International Pentecost Potluck on May 23! 🌍🔥

We joyfully invite you to celebrate the great feast of Pentecost—the birthday of the Church —at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Saturday, May 23, 2026

beginning with the 4:00 PM Pentecost Vigil Mass followed by our vibrant

One Spirit, One Faith, Many Nations: An International Pentecost Potluck from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Parish Life Center (PLC).

This year, we also celebrate a joyful dual moment in our parish family:

🎉 **Fr. Michael’s 10th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood!**

For a decade, Fr. Michael has poured out his life in service—bringing Christ to others through the sacraments, preaching the Gospel, and shepherding our community. What a gift to celebrate this milestone together on the very feast that gave birth to the Church he serves.

Pentecost honors the powerful moment in the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 2:1–13), when the Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples—fulfilling Jesus’ promise and uniting people across languages and cultures to proclaim the Gospel.

**The Church was born in fire, unity, and every language under heaven…**

Let us come together to relive that Spirit-filled unity and to rejoice in the many cultures and backgrounds that make up our community.

🌍A Warm Invitation for All
TO ALL PARISHIONERS & FRIENDS. Whether you were born here or came to the U.S. from another country, you are an essential part of our parish family.

We invite everyone to wear cultural or traditional attire to Mass so we can celebrate the beauty and universality of our Catholic faith!

TO OUR NEWLY INITIATED CATHOLICS. If you recently celebrated Baptism, Confirmation, or Eucharist at the Easter Vigil—or joined the Church through a Profession of Faith—we extend a special welcome to you! Come celebrate your first Pentecost with us as a fully initiated member of the Church.
