Salt and Light Grow Group

Create Community. Accompany Others. Grow as Disciples.
You weren’t meant to do life alone.
Looking to grow faith and friendships after OCIA, Alpha, CRHP, Rescue Project or Bible Studies? Or simply; are you looking to join a small group? Consider Salt and Light Grow Group.
To follow Jesus is to commit to lifelong learning and growth. Like Jesus’ disciples, our walk with the Lord today is not one lived in isolation but rather one immersed in community and enriched by authentic friendship with others. In homes and in the company of friends, Grow Groups provide a place of deep transformation where people can be known, loved, and cared for as they strive to deepen their friendship with Jesus and one another.

A Note from Liz Pusateri
Hi, I’m Liz. I know that opening up about mental health can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where people can explore their experiences honestly and without fear of judgment.
I’m a clinical mental health counselor with experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP to help people build practical tools for healing and growth. If faith is important to you, I also integrate a Christian and Catholic perspective.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville and takes a holistic, client-centered approach to care.
My hope for The Sanctuary Course is that it becomes a place where you feel supported, understood, and equipped—not just for your own journey, but to walk with others as well.

The community has always been the instrument that the Spirit uses to bring about the great renewals throughout the history of the Church. Today it is the community that should be the lampstand on which the great light, the Holy Spirit, is placed, so that it gives light to all in the house.
