Please send enclosed letter from Father Don or read below.

Dear OLM Staff, Deacons, and Parish Family,

I want to share with you that Deacon Senovio Sarabia Jr. has informed me that due to personal reasons, and after discernment, he has decided not to pursue priesthood and has withdrawn his petition to the Bishop to be ordained a priest. Therefore, Senovio will not be ordained on June 20 as planned.

As you know, the Diocese assigned Senovio to OLM as his parish teaching assignment while he was studying at Mundelein. After his ordination to the transitional diaconate, he continued serving our parish in the role of deacon.

I am sure this news disappoints many. Please keep Senovio in your prayers.

Sincerely in Christ,
